We made a quick visit to Male last night and visited Blush Salon. The taxi boat takes about 20 min to go from Hulhumale island to the capital island of Male.
The traffic in Male is crazy. Scooters and taxis driving on narrow paths all over the crowded city. You just have to take steps boldly hoping you don't get run over! Blush Salon is pretty central in Male. It was nice to see Leena, the owner and chat for a bit.
We had a quick tour of the salon. The salon has a separate room for makeup, hair, facials, and men's hair. The picture below is from the makeup room.

I look forward to working with Leena and learning more about how they do things here! I do have to admit though that I am a bit nervous too.
